I have walked with many women on a path of self discovery since 2014. They walked into my gym looking to get stronger muscles and walked out with strength of mind. 

What they were truly looking for was self confidence, self trust and wanted to live a life of intention. 

Through this work I found that I have a fierce passion to walk with women on their journey….their journey back to trusting their intuition, disciplined in creating the life they imagined…and the accountability with me until it becomes their second nature.    

We aren’t built to do this on our own. 

We are built for connection, we grow when we feel safe in our relationships and environment. I work hard to create that for both of us. Together we are unstoppable.
